Yall might of heard me mention Fact in the Love To The World song. Mattafact’s one of those renaissance artist, i aint gonna blow his spot up too much but, DUDE GOT BEATS & BARS!!!

He’s one of VA’s best kept secrets, and definitely one of the OG’s of this newly coined “DMV Movement”. I tend to call Fact when i need a clear 3rd parties perspective on things. I called him one day  when this Lookin’ So Remix thing started to snowball… He was like “I’M DOWN!” from jump… took him forever to finally turn it over, but it was SO worth the wait! He hit me up today tryin to play it over the phone!!! I was like “Fuck u playin it over the phone for!!! Send that SHIT!!! LOL”. Once i played it, i noticed that the time was twice the length of the original… Bamma done killed me on my own track! LOL… That’s ok, he’s been doin that since we were kids tho, I expect that! Be on the look out for that 1′2 project he got comin’ out!

YUP! Another Lookin’ So Remix. But this time my homie Sonny C. from L.A. took it WAAAAY out there! I’ve been workin wit Sonny for a while now, both me and Illmind call him “the future”. And rightfully so, IMO he is! He was on this Futuristic Sythn sound when everybody was still on thier Just Blaze phase. Really tho, get up on him here and stay up on the FUTURE!

When ever I work wit Sonny, I never know what to expect. He’s just one of those cats that you just let him do him, and eventually you’ll get it. I sent him the accapella, and 2 or 3 hours later he sent this back. I was taken back how he offset the vocals and put them on the 1’s and 3’s, thats some black thought live shit right there. This is that “White Tent in Bryant Park during Fashion Week” type shit! Enjoy!

YUP!!! Another remix… This time it’s from a long time friend a partner, Definition! Everytime I make a song, Def is prolly one of the 1st to hear it. Def’s one of the most talented musicians I know. Back in the day we started a group called S.D. (Something Different) where along with the homie Algorythm, Def. held down most of the production…

Don’t sleep on dude, He’s one of my ace’s in the tuck! I let him hear the Original Lookin’ So and the remix that Algo did, and he sent me his version! Heavy on the bass in the mix, but CERTIFIED HEAT!!! Enjoy!

I had this acapella sittin’ on my desktop, got bored, then sent it to him… HEAT!!! This is on the “Somebody” album too!

I got the idea for this track back when the homie DVB put me on to the LTD record that the sample came from. I gave the record to illmind, then a day later came to his crib to pick it up AND MAN!!! I aint even make it down the block before i started writin’… made back to DUMBO and wrote the whole song lookin at the NYC skyline while the sun was setting… It’s gonna be the last track on the “Somebody” album we’re wrappin’ up now. Meezy just love it so much he leaked it on the BR&L 2 compilation.

I was in the studio one day wit meezy when he pulled this one out the stash. He said “I’m savin this one for somebody who could really take charge of the beat”!!! His words not mine! I originally wanted kids sayin the hook, but umm I aint got no kids! CHUCH!!!

DJ Jamad hit me up one day and told me he was doin a collab wit Nicolay. Sent me some beats and this is whut came out.
